Don't even know how it got on my computer. why would I want to install your program? Did it come as part of a package from another provider? Used the "Add/Remove Programs" but the it is still listed as a program on my computer. I don't trust any company that makes it difficult to remove their program and now you want me to DOWNLOAD ANOTHER PROGRAM TO UNINSTALL THE ONE I DON'T WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Give me a break, what do you want now, my bank account numbers, social security number .....
