I'm not sure what this download was attached to, I'm very careful about not allowing third party downloads onto my computer, but this one must have slipped past. In any case it was a pain in the butt to remove. The uninstaller kept freezing, telling me to log on as an administrator (I already was) and many times wouldn't open at all. I finally got rid of this worthless piece of software using 'Should I Remove It', even so it took a ridiculous amount of tries. I finally was able to simply 'X' out of the "Log on as an administrator' pop up, it closed and so did the uninstaller. I used 'Should I Remove It' to reopen the uninstaller immediately and it RAN. FINALLY RID OF THIS DOWNLOAD!

Would not trust ANY software from AVG or any that co-bundle it. This is more spam and junk than anything else.

Crashes immediately upon launch and therefore is just taking up room. Tried to remove it before but to no avail. I had several infections while running AVG but zero with Avast.

My system was slowing down so I ran my anti virus and found page after page of input by the AVG toolbar. I then fired up my "UNINSTAlL program and ditched all accurances of AVG and reran my search for viruses program and lo and behold, NO viruses, no accurances of AVG snooping.... I do believe AVG should apoligize for having such a program with AVG name attached. I can no longer feel that AVG is a trusted company. The AVG people are going for the almighty buck rather than being a valued company. They have become what they advertise as secure programs.
